Elements are manufactured with extreme care to ensure compliance with Hermetic New Zealand, customer and standard specifications by working to ISO9001/NZS9001/AS3901 Quality Assurance procedures. Procedures are being updated to the ISO9001:2000 version. All staff are trained as 'Quality Inspectors' to ensure the continuation of the Quality System in place. Products are checked for quality during manufacture and at their completion. Hermetic New Zealand has developed a modern laboratory with sophisticated test equipment to help evaluate performance and life expectancy of the elements. This has been developed in conjunction with the latest worldwide technological advancements. The research and development team continually assess procedures to provide customers with a Quality Assured product. |
