Element rods are formed into numerous shapes and forms. Many forming tools are used including semi-automatic to cater for short and medium volume production runs. Dedicated fully automated production equipment is used for higher volume requirements. Hermetic New Zealand's own engineering workshop manufactures precision tooling equipment to facilitate forming and assembly of the elements to individual customer requirements. |
