This process is where the spiral assembly is located within the element tube and filled with high grade magnesium oxide insulating material. While the filling machine vibrates it holds the spiral central within the element tube and magnesium oxide is deposited within the element assembly. Each element is made up of an outer tubular sheath of copper, incoloy or stainless steel with a heating resistance wire embedded in insulating high grade magnesium oxide. |
